• Achieving goals and objectives (ensuring revenue / increase sales / cost control)
• Configuring a productive, efficient and effective team with the other colleagues of the hotel
• Ensure proper state of machinery, equipment and utensils of the restaurant or bar service stations
• Informing superiors of any desires and specifications of our customers
• Perform all the above according to all company’s safety standards
